LESSONS AT AM

PIANO / KEYBOARD TUITION:

Learning at AM includes all forms of keyboard, from traditional piano (including AMEB exams), to synth, midi & beyond. 

Students are motivated to use music to develop life skills & to become autonomous, independent & responsible learners through a focus on music as therapy for personal development & mental health. 

A journey of authentic discovery & wonderment with enormous personal satisfaction & joy is the ultimate aim of learning music at AM.

SONG WRITING / COMPOSITION TUITION:

​All lessons are taken on a Yamaha baby grand with vintage synth's & the latest in Film & Television software on custom built computers ("DAW's") to support the full musical  experience. 

​

Song writing / composition tuition is approached through traditional theory plus midi & ear work, utilising both as a pathway to understanding the complexities of each.  Students are encouraged to explore all genres in order to build a valuable toolkit of techniques from which to draw at any time.

All music at AM is designed to allow a safe space to express & grow the authentic self, whilst experiencing the infinite satisfaction & pure bliss of self discovery through music.
